Есть такая программка FlickrWall, бесплатная. Грузит фотографии из Фликра на рабочий стол и обновляет их через заданный промежуток времени. Фото можно выбирать по тегам, по популярности или по автору.
У меня сейчас стоит выбор по тегу "Африка". Очень красивые фото появляются =)
